Add a product
SKU must be unique inside each store. Archived products remain in the database.
Inventory & movements
Logged-in test workspace. Transactions are saved to Supabase. Use fictional data only.
- Create an active product in the catalog above.
- Receive a batch in Stock In (batch code, quantity and dates).
- Sell part of its stock in Stock Out. FEFO selects the nearest expiry date first.
A batch is one received lot of fruit. Reorder point is a warning threshold. Different units (kg, pcs, box) are shown separately.

Receive stock
Enter each delivery as a batch. Reusing a batch code requires identical dates.
Record a sale
FEFO automatically takes eligible stock from batches closest to expiry. Expired or undated batches are excluded.
Sales cannot exceed eligible stock. This is an estimate based on entered dates, not a physical food-safety assessment.
